APPLICATION FOR ABSENT VOTER'S
BALLOT
My Fellow Brothers and Sisters
With the upcoming presidential primary election
on March 4, 2008, it is imperative that we elect a
president that will not only be labor friendly, but also
meet the needs of the middle class working men and women.
With that, I have provided an application request form
for absentee ballot that you can download, fill out and
mail to your County Board of Election. I have included
the addresses of ten surrounding counties for the Boards
of Elections. If your county is not listed here, please
feel free to email me at DaveCimperman@UAWLocal1005.org and I will make that address
available to you.
Any qualified Ohio voter may request an absentee ballot
without stating a reason. The Board of Election must
receive your application by noon on the Saturday before
the election. However, you should submit your request as
far in advance as possible. When you receive your ballot,
it must be received by your County Board of Election by
7:30 p.m. on Election Day, if you want your vote counted.

If you would like to vote in the March Primary and are
not registered, you can still vote if you are registered
by February 1, 2008. If you have moved,
remarried, divorced, changed your legal name or never
voted, you must register. There is a locked drop box with
forms located in the Upper Lobby. You can fill out the
forms and place it in the drop box and a CAP Committee
member will pick them up and deliver them to the proper
county Board of Elections.
Anyone that turns 18 years old before the General
Election on November 4, 2008, can register to vote in the
March Primary for candidates only. If you have a loved
one serving out of the country, absentee ballot
applications are available at the Wall of Honor. Any
